Valley Post House Please pay attention to the plaque
on the lintel,the three chinese character was the autograph
of emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty.Let¡¯s go inside the garden.Here
we can see a board which was written ¡°phoenixvalleyposthouse¡±.It
was told the story about the garden founded. The first owner
of the garden named Qinjin.He was a minister-level official,but
he did not satisfied with this£¬he bought this place from the
Huishan Temple.According to the local topography,simply disposed,made
it a villa garden that full of forest interest .Because the
owner named Qinjin and also called ¡°fengshan¡±and the garden
built in the valley of the Huishan,so ¡°fengshan¡±contain two
meanings.The name¡¯s of the owner and the address of the garden.also
mean it¡¯s like a bird¡¯s nest,very simple but full of the real
of the natural.On the wall,two stone stele great our eye view,the
left one was written by emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty,it
reads ¡°yu jia jin zong¡±£¬it praised the beautiful sounds from
the eight valley,the right one was written by emperor Kangxi,he
was the grandfather of emperor Qianlong.It reads¡±shan se xi
guang¡±,it describled the excellent scenery of the garden. |

Etiquette Hall Here we can see the reduction of the hill
and Dragon-light Tower on the roof.This is the garden in the
garden.From here we can all the elements of Chinese gardening,
the pond,the rockery ,the corridor and the hall,though it¡¯s
very small,but it¡¯s very exquisite. This building named ¡°hold
chastity hall¡±,this is the schoolroom of Qingyao,the third owner
of the garden.Qinyao also a high rank official in the court,but
he was framed by others,and be dismissed by the imperial court.He
was very depressed ,so he rebuilt this garden with all his time
and energy,renamed Jichang Garden,it means ease from mined. |
