 HUI-MOUNTAINthe
favor mountain is known as the first mountain in Jiangnan,There are
nine peaks on the mountain whick like nine dragons overlook from south
to north. At the time of the Jin Dynasty ,the founder,HUI-ZHAO, a
Buddhist monk who has very high Buddhism attainments came here. He
like meeting with cultured man, and get the very high reputation at
that time. So descendants named this mountain with his name,  call
the mountain as the intelligent mountain . the meaning of the FAVOR
and INTELLIGENT have the same pronounciation in Chinese. the name
of Hui-mountain then came out.
XI-MOUNTAIN is 74.8m high, about 1.5
km around. Say from the "SHAN JING","the many mountains
are all high, the high one guest, but the low one master." So
people think that Xi-mountain is the main mountain of wuxi. Hui-mountain
creeping likes nine dragons, and Xi-mountain likes pearl in front
of the dragons.¡¡¡¡
DRAGON-LIGHT TOWER lies in the top
of XI-mountain, lasted for more than 400 years until now. It has already
become the highlight of the Wuxi scenery, even be the urban sign of
Wuxi. Ascending tower to overlook, you will have a panoramic view
